I Gained Weight! : Workout/Weight loss/ Weight Maintaining

YES I HAVE GAINED WEIGHT !! Good weight of course ^_^ I FEEL AWESOME!!
What most people don't understand is that, muscle weighs more than fat 

You may be heavier then the girls you know but what matters most at the end of the day is that it is muscle! It's all the good stuff :) 

Today I am here to bring a post about being fit!! I just feel like some people have the belief that " I can't do it " or "it's too hard" or "I'm too lazy" or " I don't see results I give up" 

Results from working out is gradual, nothing is instantaneous! It sometimes can take as little as 2 weeks to see results but sometimes up to 4 weeks ! So don't give up !! and supposedly by 8 weeks everyone around you will see the results !! 

Working out is not only good because you can look HOT for the summer or whenever. It is also good for your health. Especially for me, since I have heart disease and strokes running in my family  :P On top of that you must look at other factors like your eating and sleep and etc. BUT 

To the good stuff now!! I will have as many tips as possible, they are all important but even if you don't get through all of them. It is still good to get through a couple !

Wow I've Been Gone Long...

Hello everyone, 

  Let me start by saying, Oh my gosh I missed blogging :(. After I got back from my trip and started my first year in university. I just ran out of time to blog since I devoted so much of my time into school and work. I wanted to do so well. I missed blogging so much ! BUT ... I am back now :) summer is around the corner and I have plans for more blogs -yay!-  Well the quickest way I can update everyone about my life since I have disappeared is through pictures! So please enjoy!

Hey everyone ! 

How has school been going for everyone ? :) For me it has been a little overwhelming but I am beginning to get more use to it ^^ Now I know I have been MIA so here is my little update ! 


I went for dinner with a few friends and I went with a more natural look :) I didn't wanna seem like I was overdoing anything as it was only dinner ^^ This is a super natural look which I think is good for people with glasses and pretty natural for school :) The camera doesn't pick up much but the look has some depth to it :) it doesn't look over done ^^ Tutorial Possibly? 
I also did my own hair WITHOUT a curling iron or straightener, that means its healthy on my hair, like really really healthy!!  Tutorial possibly also ?    


Here is what I wore to the dinner that night so I decided to dress down my makeup because of it :) the buster top is super cute and is still somewhat summery! So I love it and I mean if you have a toned body or still a tan it is definitely the right way to show it off with out being too much depending on how you decide to pair the outfit :) Bathroom picture heehee >.< 

So here was the little haul I had because with back to school I wanted a fresh start and these were great finds :) I number coordinated them so everyone can get an understanding of what everything is ^^ Also for any Canadian viewers these are some current bargains at some stores in Canada so I am just sharing some bargains I found :)

Back to School Tips!

Can you believe it's almost that time of year again :( I miss you summer! Come back! !

But regardless here's a little post on tips as to how to get ready! :) 

1. Deodorant 
Please please bring deodorant! Not saying you smell don't get me wrong. It's just sometimes you want to be presentable and I mean I don't know about you guys but even if I'm not active I am sweating! So I'd rather be prepared ! Now with deodorant you can choose to keep this in your locker or if you have a mini one you can keep it in your backpack ^^ 
I enjoy this one because I sweat a lot and it helps stop that and makes me smell great! Plus it's pretty budget friendly coming in at around 5 dollars :) 

2. Body Spray
I know you already have deodorant! you are probably thinking that will do, but ! Sometimes sweat gets into your clothes and then even with deodorant you won't smell pretty. So grab a body spray ! I am going right away to get myself a mini size body spray from bath and body works. This way you can keep it on you or put it in a little locker :) 
I got a lotion in this scent and I think I will enjoy the miniature scent of this one :) Also SPC card holders in Canada get extra discount! Be sure to grab yourself a SPC card if you are in School or are in University! Its a great deal, for a 9 dollar card you can get discounts off of tons of things! 

3. Toiletries 
Alright Ladies lets be honest here. Mother Nature can be a real pain! She's really good at pulling one of those surprises on you ! So bring pads and tampons! even if it isn't for yourself, you might be able to save a friends life with one of them! 
Oh yes and Advil because you never know what comes with mother nature. I mean symptoms we face every time of the month is also very unpredictable :P
